Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the products we create. In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with the quality of your order, have received an incomplete/wrong order or believe your product is defective, please contact us on help@cogzart.com so we can make things right.

In case of a return, you may choose any other item of the same value.

 

Eligibility for replacement/return

     i. You must inform us within 72 hours of receipt and return it within 10 days of placing your order. 

    ii. Your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging intact.

Replacement 

To replace an item:

     i. Go to our Contact Us page on our website and fill out the form with your details and order                          information.

    ii. In the message section, please provide the reason for your return or replacement request.

   iii. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 2-5 working days.

   iv. If your request is approved, a replacement order will be created with the same shipping speed as

       your original item.

    v. A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be                 created. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for keeping both        the original and replacement items.

   vi. The replacement order may be shipped only after you ship the original item(s) back to Cogzart.We              recommend you to ship back the original item(s) as soon as your request has been approved by our            team for a replacement.
 

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:

     i. The return request is made outside the specified time frame.

    ii. The product is made to order or personalized/ customized . 

   iii. The product has been shipped internationally (outside India).

 

Return


Please send us an email within 72 hours ( that is 1 - 3 days ) of receiving your product to  help@cogzart.com. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo/ Video .
Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags & packaging and allow 2-3 business days for our team to get back to you.

Once our team has contacted you regarding your replacement/return request, you will be asked to ship the product back to us. The address will be provided over email.

Replacements/returns are to be shipped at the expense of the buyer.

Refunds
​
We offer refunds only if the item has a manufacturing defect.


Refunds are issued only for products returned in their original condition.

     i. The full amount (excluding shipping charges, duties, and taxes if applicable) will be refunded to the            same Payment Mode / bank account within 15 to 25 working days , upon receipt of the returned                product.
 

Cancellation


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

     i. To cancel an order, please email us at help@cogzart.com with your order details as soon as possible,         as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

    ii. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a refund in the same payment mode, within        10 - 15 business days.
